[Pre-Order] How do I redeem the free helmet?

With every purchase of a e-vehicle, we give you a free helmet. Just add a vehicle and then the helmet to cart and it will be automatically discounted!

[Pre-Order] When will my bike be delivered?

Our pre-order batch will be delivered on May 1.

Will my e-bike come assembled?

Yes, most bikes will just be packaged in its "folded" position. Just unfold it, and you're good to go!

Can I pay in installments?

Yes! You can use "Shop Pay" to split purchases into four equal, interest-free installment payments. There are no additional charges, interest rates, or late fees passed on to customers.

What is the return & refund policy?

Returns New and Unused Items

We allow any item in new and unused condition within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. After 14 days, we will offer partial refund of fifty percent (50%). For all returns, return shipping charges are the responsibility of the recipient.


To return a bike it must not be defective or damaged. The bike must have less than twenty (20) miles on the odometer, be free of any wear, tear, or any other signs of use and must be in the same packaging and condition that you receive it. It must include all items that were inside the box (charger, keys, hardware, etc.).

Refund Method

We will issue a refund using the same payment method you used originally. 

What is the warranty?

We are so confident that we're providing the highest quality of parts that we offer Lifetime Warranty. If there is a manufacture fault including: parts (motors, tires), components, or batteries - we will ship you a replacement within 7 days to get you back on the road.
